All of a sudden... BOOM!!! I thought the rear axle fell off it was so loud.  Coasted off the freeway and drove it 500' up the on ramp to get it off the road after inspecting the damage.  Insurance is covering all but $250 ($3000+) and the good news is i get a new bed and a tailgate (which i never had).  The fiberglass fender was damaged on the other side too when the truck was purchased so now it should be good as new.  Scary for sure, but nobody got hurt and it will end up better than before.  I had to whip up a stand to hold the truck camper while the truck gets repaired because this is the first time the TC came off the truck.
